Our client who is a famous global manufacturing company is looking for a Global Learning Management Specialist who will be responsible for acting as a deputy for the global process owner of the learning management system (LMS), learning/training management processes and operating model. This is one of the biggest projects, consolidating existing regional systems into a new system. Report to Manager in Europe, but required to collaborate closely with functional and regional training units, and with the global HR/ IT/Process management team. 【 What you will be doing 】- Implementation and initial deployment of the global learning management system which includes system design, testing, migration of legacy systems as well as change management and enablement of training units in the longer term, further elements of the learning ecosystem, and optimization of learner experience will form part of the position. - Collecting legal and regulatory requirements from functions and regions and translating them into solutions, as well as close collaboration with owners of other HR / IT / Quality systems and processes (e.g. employee core data, Quality Management System) - Together with the global process owner for the LMS, defines the operating model for training and ensures appropriate stakeholder and change management/enablement of the organization - Steers and coordinates regional / legacy system migration planning and deployment - Establishes a collaboration structure/team for the continuous, ongoing management and optimization of the learning management system and processes and involves regional and functional training owners/units on a regular basis- Supports the design of global HR-owned training (e.g. leadership and general business skill training) and their deployment in the learning management system (LMS) - Provides advice/consultancy to global functions with training needs
