Our client is a market leader in the energy industry, and they are looking for an Assistant To Manager (Finance & Accounting) (Japanese Speaking). This role will be in charge of administrative management tasks (finance, human resources).【What you will be working on】- Payroll processing and management- Expense reimbursement- Preparing, analyzing and submitting data for monthly and quarterly financial reports to HQ- Assisting budget planning and control - Income tax declaration for expatriates- Prepare data and documents for corporate tax and audit purposes- Management of general insurance- AP/AR balance reconciliation- Accounting system (SAP) management
