  Our client is a Japanese listed manufacturing company. Currently they are looking for a Sales & Shipping Officer.
  
  【What you will be working on】
  - Handle Import and Export LCs, Performance Guarantee, Bills for Collections
  - Perform detailed checks to ensure that trade documentation contain no discrepancies and closely follow up on timely settlement of Export LC.
  - Booking containers.
  - Support the sales team on daily operations.
  - Preparation of shipping documents and processing of sales orders.
  - Monitoring of shipping processes and payment efficiency.
  - Liaise and maintain good relationships with office branches and customers.
  - Preparation of export documents.
  - Data entry.
  - Handle ad hoc duties.
