  Our client is a major player in the home appliance and electronics industry. They are looking for a Senior Specialist Technician for the Customer Care Department. The incumbent will be reporting to the Manager - Technical Support of the department.
  
  【 What you will be doing 】
  - Attend breakdowns, identify faults, and problem-solving, with minimal downtime to production.
  - Carry out the diagnosis of faults, maintenance, and repairs to all types of home appliances and equipment in a safe, timely, and professional manner.
  - Report breakdown root causes, equipment faults, and concerns to management.
  - Ensure all work is undertaken to a high-quality standard and adheres to all quality standard regulations.
  - Work mostly independently with minimal supervision and work is reviewed at project milestones and/or on completion by Senior Management.
  - Support the training needs of the department and provide expertise to apprentices and trainees.
