    Our Client provides network infrastructure services to customers both in Singapore and throughout Asia. They are currently looking for a Network Support Engineer.

    【 What you will be doing 】
    - Install Network Hardware and Software for LAN, SD-WAN, security appliances and wireless network
    - Troubleshoot network issues and repair faulty hardware and software
    - Maintain network and system security
    - Monitor network performance and suggest improvements to decision makers
    - Create and issue user profiles to company employees
    - Create and maintain documentation as it relates to network configuration, process and service records.

求めている人材

  • 応募条件

    【 What they are looking for 】
    - Minimum Diploma in Electronic Engineering / Computer Science
    - 1-2 years of experience, preferably hands-on in TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, VPN, Firewalls
    - Excellent knowledge of TCP/IP protocol is required
    - Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA ) or equivalent level of knowledge is a must
    - Extensive experience in support and provisioning of Cisco routers and firewalls in a similar role.
    - High level of customer service skills and able to meet the project deadlines
    - Highly organized and able to work on own initiative to complete the range of tasks required
