    Our client is a leading Japanese MNC company that specializes in the supply of tools and equipment and they are currently looking for an Application Engineer.

    【What you will be working on】
    - Dicer / Grinder / Laser Process development support for customer
    - Perform in-house application test cut and on-site customer support
    - Process development support to customer
    - Process customer claims for abrasive product
    - Participate in company organized activities
    - Establish and maintain a good relationships with customers
    - Communicate frequently with Engineer from Japan

  • 応募条件

    【What they're looking for】
    - Possess good knowledge of Blade/Wheel/Laser technical support
    - Diploma in Mechanical, Electronic, or any other engineering disciplines
    - 1 - 2 years relevant working experience preferably in the semiconductor industry
    - Proficient in MS office - Powerpoint / Excel
    - Willing to travel and work overtime when required
    - Pro-active, people & team-oriented
