In this capacity, you will be responsible for managing and executing various elements of M&E projects from start to finish. You will be reporting to the Assistant Contracts Manager．【Responsibilities】- Taking off quantities, pricing, and preparing for tender submission- Prepare bills of quantity.- Source for subcontractors and suppliers, evaluation of pricing comparison, and costing summary.- Analyze project specifications and offer cost-saving measures. - Assist the project team with variation works, progress claims, and cost control.- Monitor and keep track of project costs according to the anticipated schedule and budget.- Measure and determine the amount of work done at each step to evaluate progress and contractual claims by subcontractors.- Assist in settling final accounts with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.- Perform contract administration duties.
