This role will support new-build and existing hospital projects located in the East and Outram areas. Candidates with prior site engineering experience in M&E construction projects are encouraged to apply, as such experience will be advantageous for this position.【Responsibilities】- Assist the Manager in handling general contracts and various tender documents.- Prepare budget costs and cost estimates as instructed.- Liaise with suppliers regarding product and service presentations.- Provide solutions and recommendations for technical issues arising during the tender stage.- Liaise and coordinate with internal departments regarding documentation and project-related matters.- Coordinate with suppliers and contractors on the follow-up of bills, quantities, and related documentation.- Review and evaluate market unit rates for materials and labour costs on a monthly or quarterly basis.- Hand over all tender documents and cost information to the project team upon the award of the tender.- Attend site briefings and site visits for prospective tender projects.- Prepare responses to tender clarifications and assist in tender interviews and presentations.

This role will support current and upcoming projects located in the Marina Bay Sands (MBS) area.【Responsibilities】- To exhibit site solving skill & site coordination to customer.- To be competent in his/her engineering skill especially in design/knowledge & understanding of code of practice in building services to customer.- Ensure quality of material & installation by suppliers/subcontractors in line with ISO quality plan.- Coordinate, monitor & control of supplier’s materials/equipment & subcontractors installation quality.- Produce shop drawings & coordination of drawings & coordination of drawings etc.- Prepare work schedules & attend client meeting and internal meeting- To assist manager on the day to day activities under the master planning schedule, quality, safety etc- To control proper coordination with main contractor to prevent rework etc- To control site material/equipment so as to reduce wastage.- To communicate closely with suppliers / subcontractors to reduce delivery delay affecting progress.- Check for non-conformance product or installation to avoid defects.- To explore new technology and new installation methods so as to improve productivity level- Follow up closely on site progress & communicate clearly to subcontractors & supplier- Check for non-conformance product or installation to avoid defects.- Other related duties as assigned

Candidates with experience in commercial or hospital construction projects, particularly within an M&E environment, are encouraged to apply.【Responsibilities】- Perform duties in compliance with the Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) Act, WSH (Workplace Safety and Health Officers) Regulations, and the Environmental Public Health Act.- Implement and maintain effective WSH management procedures, administrative systems, and documentation processes.- Develop, administer, and implement safety policies and procedures in accordance with local regulatory requirements.- Assist in the development and maintenance of the Company's ISO standards and management systems.- Develop and implement emergency response procedures under the Company's Business Continuity Plan (e.g. SGSecure).- Lead and manage the Safety team and subcontractors in implementing the Company's safety management systems.- Ensure project site compliance with safety regulations and drive continuous improvement through safety awareness programmes, training, and initiatives.- Ensure all parties adhere to safe work practices during daily site operations.- Conduct daily team and individual WSH inspections, and prepare inspection reports and follow-up actions.- Organise and conduct WSH briefings and training sessions for the site team.- Lead and participate in investigations of near misses, incidents, accidents, and dangerous occurrences, and recommend preventive and corrective measures to prevent recurrence.- Report the findings of safety inspections and monitor the implementation of corrective actions.- Identify and assess foreseeable risks associated with project activities and recommend reasonably practicable control measures.- Develop, implement, and review risk assessments for all work activities.- Conduct and support Safety Audits in accordance with regulatory and company requirements.- Monitor and analyse project safety statistics and trends, and implement appropriate improvement measures where necessary.- Compile, maintain, and update all WSH reports, records, and documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements.- Enforce all statutory safety requirements and the Company's safety policies, procedures, and regulations.- Provide recommendations on proactive measures to enhance workplace safety and health standards.- Conduct routine inspections of project works and site activities.- Liaise with relevant government authorities, including MOM, NEA, and PUB, on safety-related matters.- Conduct safety orientations and daily toolbox meetings where required.- Liaise closely with Site Operations Staff, Site Managers, Project Managers, Clients, and Consultants on all safety and health matters, and attend WSH meetings, audits, and inspections.- Serve as the Secretary of the Safety Committee, including organising monthly meetings and maintaining meeting minutes.- Coordinate and implement safety initiatives, promotional activities, and continuous improvement projects.- Identify training needs and coordinate the necessary mandatory training programmes.- Perform any other ad-hoc duties and responsibilities assigned by Management.
