【 What you will be doing 】
- Work with Factory Order Management and other functions to manage on-time orders’ shipments per customer requests.
- Work closely with Factory Order Management and Logistics to ensure smooth customs clearance/delivery and track shipments.
- Ensure Equipment Loaner Agreement is signed.
- Work with Account Manager on the movement and relocation of the demo equipment during the demonstration period.
- Work with Account Manager and Order Management Customer Service Representative on disposal plan of demonstration equipment.
- Ensure proper documentation and archiving of documents in e-file system.
- Support order bookings for demonstration equipment or internal equipment according to Account Manager’s/Customer’s request
- Work with regional tax and compliance team to ensure importation into countries meet local rules and regulations
- Ensure proper procedures are followed, meeting key controls and financial standards
- Participate in ad-hoc projects/assignments to improve operational efficiency.Benefit
