They are hiring a Maintenance Mechanical Engineer to ensure smooth maintenance and ready-to-use inventory in the plant.Reporting to: Maintenance Manager【Responsibilities】- Prepare/Review spare parts list and equipment data inventory control and ensure critical spare availability- Optimise spare parts and manage stock effectively- Ensure no downtime due to the unavailability of spare parts.- Service used equipment and components and ensure ready to use at all times.- Analyse and improve equipment reliability of utilities & facilities to prevent recurrence with production group and contractors.- Manage in-house contractors to execute maintenance timely and effectively.- Develop and implement routine maintenance and inspection schedules for plant equipment and execute Preventive maintenance, Routine inspection and periodical inspection on Rotating and static equipment by coordinating with contractors at the site.- Manage annual shutdown maintenance related to facilities and management of actual site work, liaising with contractors and production group.- Update long-term maintenance plan for facilities and utility equipment. - Ensure all maintenance activities comply with company policies.

Our Client provides high-class plastics and synthetic rubber for multiple industries such as automotive, electronics, and more. 【 What you will be doing 】- Draft process improvement ideas with the objectives to improve process / occupational safety, improve product safety/quality, reduce energy consumption, improve production capacity/productivity, and reduce costs.- Implement Process Improvement ideas via a Management of Change system and/or Non-regular work system.- Coordinate, arrange and plan new grade trial run with the R&D and Operation team, and handle the trial run and the evaluation.- Evaluate process performance and key process parameters from a long-term view and/or periodically to uncover potential risks that may lead to Plant instability, Safety or Quality issues.- Troubleshoot plant trouble related to process, perform root cause analysis and propose corrective and preventive measures as process engineering function and/or based on request basis.- Participate actively in HAZOP, FMEA and Control plan studies as Process engineering functions for safety and quality improvement.- Oversee Process capital expenditures project from conceptual design up to Front End Engineering Design (FEED) and Lead the project assigned- Participate in Productivity Improvements and Process improvement Projects and participate in the Company EHSQ program
