Job Description
Our client is involved with maintaining and repairing vertical and horizontal transport. This role reports to the Maintenance Manager.【 Responsibilities 】- Prepare sales estimates for maintenance parts- Create and negotiate quotations with customers- Monitor and update the status of ongoing sales activities- Prepare reports related to quotations and sales operations- Issue job instructions and relevant documentation for assigned tasks- Assist in developing and maintaining software/tools to support sales activities- Coordinate with other departments on work-related matters- Report all section-related matters to the immediate superior- Perform any other duties as assigned by the superior- Maintain proper records and filing of completed tasks- Ensure confidentiality of all data and information handled- Comply with the Environmental Policy, including waste reduction and pollution prevention efforts
