This role will drive BIM coordination from design development through installation, testing, commissioning, and project handover.【Responsibilities】- Lead BIM coordination for Mechanical & Electrical works from design stage through installation and T&C.- Develop, implement, and manage the BIM Execution Plan (BEP) in accordance with project requirements.- Oversee federated M&E models (LOD 300–500) and conduct clash detection using Navisworks.- Coordinate with consultants, main contractors, subcontractors, and internal project teams to resolve design and coordination issues.- Manage the production and submission of coordinated shop drawings and as-built BIM models.- Supervise and guide BIM coordinators and modellers to ensure timely and quality deliverables.- Administer and manage the Common Data Environment (CDE) to maintain data integrity and version control.- Ensure proper asset data integration for ACMV and BMS systems to support smooth handover and facility management requirements.
