Our Client is a global legal firm headquartered in Japan.They are seeking an Associate Lawyer to primarily support Japanese corporate clients across a broad range of legal matters. The role will also support the firm’s Singapore office and work closely with counterparts in the Tokyo offices.【 Responsibilities 】- Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents- Prepare legal opinions, memoranda, and client advice, including company incorporation and market entry matters- Support mergers and acquisitions (M&A) transactions- Handle employment law–related matters- Advise on personal data protection and regulatory compliance- Support senior lawyers and partners on transactions and legal matters- Liaise with clients, counterparties, and external counsel- Manage multiple matters concurrently and meet established deadlines
