Our client, a Japanese company, is looking for a Logistics Executive / Senior Logistics Executive to support its daily logistics and import/export operations.【 Responsibilities 】- Manage daily logistics operations from order placement to inbound shipment and final delivery.- Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, warehouses, and 3PL providers on shipment and delivery arrangements.- Monitor and follow up on multiple orders and shipments to ensure timely delivery.- Prepare, check, and maintain shipping documents such as Invoices, Packing Lists, and Bills of Lading.- Manage and update order, shipment, inventory, and inbound delivery records using Excel and internal systems.- Track shipment schedules and proactively follow up on delays, discrepancies, or documentation issues.- Coordinate with internal teams regarding order status, shipment schedules, and delivery updates.- Prioritize multiple ongoing shipments and ensure all required actions are completed accurately and on time.- Investigate logistics-related issues and coordinate with relevant parties until they are resolved.- Support other logistics and import/export-related activities as required.

As they continue to expand their digital footprint and e-commerce (EC) channels, they are seeking an energetic and results-driven E-Commerce Sales Executive.【 Responsibilities 】- Coordinate order processing, delivery, and returns of customer orders- Coordinate with cross-functional teams on execution of brand, marketing and e-commerce activities- Execute activities driven by data analytics- Identify strategic business partnerships- Implement e-commerce activities- Monitor fulfilment of customers’ orders via delivery service- Ensure all work orders are picked & packed in accordance with specifications- Perform goods release, shipments & collection where necessary- Perform any standby duties for weekends & public holidays- Perform warehouse operations to achieve desired KPI set by the management- Monitor sales, promotions, marketing and social media programmes, and activities over digital platforms- Provide specialized knowledge and insights on the development of technology strategy and roadmap- Establish annual, monthly, weekly, or daily sales plans and prioritize and schedule own activities so these targets are met.
