They are currently seeking an Assistant Sales Manager (Japanese Speaking) who will be responsible for managing client relationships, supporting project tender processes, and driving business development through effective communication and coordination.This position reports directly to the Managing Director.【 Responsibilities 】- Liaising and interacting with Japanese clients and contractors.- Sales proposals, quotations, tender documents, and contracts are prepared in accordance with project specifications.- Monitoring new and ongoing projects for tendering.- Respond to sales queries and form long-term partnerships with existing clients/contractors.- Follow up closely on the project's progress and completion to ensure that it is completed on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with the needed quality and regulatory standards.- Coordinate with the technological and Operations divisions to create technological solutions and strategies for client applications.- Interact with people at all levels to ensure that projects are completed and that the required resources are used.

The role of QA/QC Engineer (Steel Structure) is responsible for ensuring that all steel structure fabrication and installation activities comply with quality standards, regulatory requirements, and specific project specifications.This position reports to the Steel Structure Project Manager.【 Responsibilities 】- Ensure all steel fabrication and installation works meet quality standards, industry regulations, and project specifications.- Conduct on-site inspections for received materials.- Develop and implement quality plans, inspection and test plans (ITPs), and method statements for steel structural works.- Verify that welding, coating, and fireproofing processes comply with technical requirements.- Monitor site activities to ensure alignment with approved plans and specifications.- Collaborate with factories, operations teams, clients, and stakeholders to resolve quality-related issues and complaints.- Maintain comprehensive documentation of QA/QC activities, including material certificates, calibration records, test results, inspection reports, NCRs, site instructions, and delivery records.- Ensure effective implementation and ongoing maintenance of internal quality control systems.
