• Job Description

  Our Client is a Japanese-listed construction company. We are currently seeking a Site QS Engineer. This role will support new-build and existing hospital projects located in the East and Outram areas. Candidates with prior site engineering experience in M&E construction projects are encouraged to apply, as such experience will be advantageous for this position.
  
  【Responsibilities】
  - Assist the Manager in handling general contracts and various tender documents.
  - Prepare budget costs and cost estimates as instructed.
  - Liaise with suppliers regarding product and service presentations.
  - Provide solutions and recommendations for technical issues arising during the tender stage.
  - Liaise and coordinate with internal departments regarding documentation and project-related matters.
  - Coordinate with suppliers and contractors on the follow-up of bills, quantities, and related documentation.
  - Review and evaluate market unit rates for materials and labour costs on a monthly or quarterly basis.
  - Hand over all tender documents and cost information to the project team upon the award of the tender.
  - Attend site briefings and site visits for prospective tender projects.
  - Prepare responses to tender clarifications and assist in tender interviews and presentations.
