  • Job Description

    Our client is the market leader in semiconductor test systems and equipment. The incumbent will be responsible for account management and delivering post-sales customer support to both local and overseas clients. This includes providing on-site services such as installation, relocation, remedial support, and execution of Field Change Orders (FCO).

    Division: Field Service Engineering Division
    Reporting to: Manager

    【Responsibilities】
    - Provide after-sales service support for the advanced automated test and handling equipment, including installation, acceptance, upgrades, and related activities.
    - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective post-sales account management and technical support.
    - Assist or lead technical projects and issue resolution for customers.
    - Work closely with the Service Sales team to identify solution-based business opportunities.
    - Ensure all service contract deliverables are met in a timely and accurate manner.
    - Provide technical feedback to the factory to support product enhancements and new design initiatives.
    - Offer consultancy to customers on equipment performance optimization.
    - Assist or lead equipment integration efforts with customers’ factory automation systems.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【Requirements & Preferences】

    (Must)
    - Bachelor’s Degree in Mechatronics, Electronics, or Electrical Engineering
    - 4–6 years of experience in field servicing/technical support/maintenance of automated production equipment within the semiconductor manufacturing industry
    - Strong data-driven problem-solving skills and a solid quality mindset.
    - Understanding of OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) and ability to drive improvement initiatives.
    - Knowledge of smart factory concepts and production solutioning.
    - Strong technical aptitude, excellent communication skills, self-motivated, customer-focused, and result-oriented.
    - Willing to travel occasionally, including on short notice.

    (Advantageous)
    - Direct experience in V93000 machine handling
