  • Job Description

    Our client is a regenerative medicine consulting centre in Singapore. The Receptionist & Interpreter will provide professional front-desk support, administrative assistance, and interpretation services for patients and doctors, ensuring smooth daily operations.

    【 Responsibilities 】
    - Welcome and assist clients visiting the centre, delivering courteous and professional reception service.
    - Handle administrative tasks such as appointment scheduling, document preparation, and record management.
    - Provide interpretation support for Japanese executives during meetings and events within Singapore.
    - Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless daily operations.
    - Support other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.


    【 Working Days & Hours 】
    - 5 days per week (shift schedule to be discussed during interview)
    - Sunday to Thursday: 13:00 – 22:00
    - Friday and Saturday: 14:00 – 23:00

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【 Requirements & Preferences 】

    (Must)
    - Minimum 1–2 years of experience in reception, customer service, or administrative support.
    - Fluent in English and Mandarin (listening and speaking) to communicate effectively with patients and doctors.
    - Willingness to work a shift-based schedule, including night shifts until 10 pm (Sun–Thu) and 11 pm (Fri–Sat), weekends, and public holidays.

    (Advantageous)
    - Experience in interpretation or translation.
