・製品品質の向上とゼロクレームの実現に向けた改善活動

Qualifications
Requirement
【必須条件】
・四大卒以上
・15年以上の半導体プロセスガス、半導体材料ガスの製造・開発・技術経験
・15年以上のガス工場でのマネジメント経験
・15年以上の安全・品質・工程管理に関する実務経験
【歓迎条件】
・英語による業務遂行能力（ビジネスレベル以上）
・海外勤務経験または多国籍チームのマネジメント経験
・ISO・OSH・環境認証対応のご経験
・工学系（化学・機械・電気等）の学位保持者English Level

Our client, a Japanese chemical manufacturer, urgently seeks an Admin Executive to support their Administration Department.Reporting to: Head of Department/Manager【 Responsibilities 】- Record and file required documentation, including processing and tracking of Purchase Requisitions (PR), Purchase Orders (PO), Delivery Orders (DO), and invoices to support other departments' activities.- Supervise external providers during preventive maintenance of office equipment and building maintenance servicing.- Support the upkeep of CCTV, PA, and IT systems.- Negotiate with suppliers/vendors on contracts and purchases for the Admin Department.- Assist in preparing and monitoring the Admin budget and issuing monthly reports.- Support the Head of Department (HOD) on matters related to regulatory licenses, applications, and audits.- Perform other administrative tasks as requested by supervisors.

This role is responsible for assisting with the engineering design and construction of onshore industrial facilities such as oil refineries, petrochemicals, and chemical plants. The ideal applicant will be in charge of doing structural calculations, analyzing civil drawings, and ensuring compliance with project specifications and regulatory standards.This position reports directly to the Department Manager.【 Responsibilities 】- Create foundation, structural, and hydraulic design calculations.- Ensure that load calculations and structural sizing meet standards.- Support the creation of 3D models and shop drawings.- Create a list of anchor bolts and setting bolts for procurement.- Provide designers with clear technical facts and direction.- Review and validate design drawings to ensure compliance and constructability.- Work in project teams on FEED/EPC scopes.- Assist with field engineering and site problem solving.- Perform any other duties assigned by the manager.
