  • Job Description

    Our Client is Singapore-based child and student care services. This role of a Center Manager is to lead its student care center operations, managing the team, ensuring smooth curriculum delivery, handling enrollments and parent communications, maintaining compliance with all regulations, and fostering a positive and engaging learning environment.

    【Responsibilities】
    - Oversee daily operations of the student care center.
    - Lead, supervise, and mentor teachers and assistants.
    - Ensure safety, hygiene, and discipline standards are consistently met.
    - Organize daily schedules, after-school enrichment, and holiday programs.
    - Teach and conduct classes as part of the daily programs.
    - Manage student enrollments, fee collection, and attendance records.
    - Maintain staff records, training logs, and SOPs.
    - Address parents’ concerns promptly and professionally.
    - Provide regular updates on students’ progress and center activities.
    - Support curriculum development and enhance activity offerings.
    - Plan marketing and promotional events (e.g., open houses, parent tours).
    - Collaborate with marketing/admin teams to drive enrollment growth.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【Requirements & Preferences】

    (Must)
    - Minimum of a Diploma in Education, Early Childhood, Business Management, or related fields
    - Minimum 3 years of management experience in education, student care or childcare settings.
    - Possess experience of operating a new education center.
    - Proficient in productivity and administrative tools, including Excel, Google Drive, and Canva.
    - Proficient in English and Mandarin in order to liaise with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
    - Willingness to obtain First Aid and CPR certification (fully sponsored by the company).
    - Able to join with 1 month's notice or short period.

    (Advantageous)
    - Degree in Education, Early Childhood, Business Management, or related fields.
    - Possess experience of setting up a new education center.
    - Possess First Aid and CPR certified.
