Job Description
Our client is a large global manufacturer and supplier of automotive products. They are seeking a highly skilled Hardware Senior Engineer to join the development team for industrial controller products. This role involves full lifecycle hardware design including circuit design, PCB development, validation, and optimization of existing products. You will be responsible for ensuring product quality, performance, and compliance with industrial standards, while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
【Responsibilities】
- Design and develop electronics hardware for industrial controller products.
- Conduct end-to-end hardware development including circuit implementation, PCB design, validation testing, and documentation.
- Perform circuit simulation, component selection and de-rating, signal integrity and timing analysis.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware design issues; drive quality improvement and feature enhancement in existing products.
- Collaborate with internal teams, customers, and suppliers to gather technical requirements and align on design specifications.
- Support compliance and validation testing, including EMI/EMC measures and product certification.
- Work closely with suppliers to define test methods, identify issues, and implement resolutions.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, design specifications, and test reports.

【Requirements & Preferences】
(Must)
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience in electronics hardware development for industrial controller products, embedded systems, or similar
- Proficient in designing analog and digital circuits, including DACs, ADCs, isolated power supplies, digital I/O, and signal conditioning circuits.
- Skilled in using hardware development tools (such as Mentor Graphics, OrCAD, or similar tools for schematic capture and PCB layout).
- Strong understanding of EMC/EMI noise prevention and reduction techniques.
- Experience in circuit simulation, component de-rating, timing, and signal integrity analysis.
- Familiarity with hardware validation, compliance testing, and debugging methods.
(Advantageous)
- Hands-on experience with microcontrollers, ASICs, or FPGAs is an advantage.
- Experience with industrial product certification standards will be a plus.
