  Our client, a leading marine engine manufacturing company, is seeking a motivated Senior Sales Engineer - Marine & Land Engine to join their team. In this role, you will be involved in marine and land engine sales, focusing on shipping and engineering companies across the Asia Pacific region.
  
  The successful incumbent will have the valuable opportunity to undergo comprehensive technical and business training at the company’s headquarters in Japan for a period of 6 months to 1 year, gaining in-depth knowledge of the company’s technologies, products, and sales strategies..
  
  【 Responsibilities 】
  - Promote and sell marine diesel engines and engine room equipment to shipyards, shipowners, and engineering firms
  - Build and manage strong client relationships while providing technical consultations and solutions
  - Coordinate closely with internal engineering and service teams to ensure project success
  - Support communications between the Japan HQ and regional stakeholders
  - Travel within the Asia Pacific region as required
  - Participate in structured training at Japan HQ (6–12 months after joining)
