• Job Description

  Our client is a Japanese banking company currently seeking an Assistant Relationship Manager (Fund Investment) to join their team.
  
  【Responsibilities】
  - Support the Relationship Manager in building and maintaining strong relationships with fund managers and other limited partner investors, with a focus on private equity funds including venture capital
  - Conduct market research and analysis in the alternative fund space
  - Evaluate and assess potential fund investment opportunities
  - Assist in preparing investment applications for submission to the Head Office, and coordinate with asset managers and relevant internal departments
  - Manage the fund investment deal closing process, including reviewing and handling documentation
  - Monitor the performance of invested funds and prepare regular performance updates
  - Explore and create business opportunities and potential collaborations with portfolio companies of the invested funds
