    Our client serves as the regional headquarters for APAC, representing a renowned manufacturer of consumer solutions, industrial components, and devices. Their primary mission is to oversee regional subsidiaries and deliver shared services.

    As the HRBP - Manager, you will lead HR projects, drive talent strategies, ensure regulatory compliance, and leverage data to enhance HR processes. This role involves close collaboration with senior stakeholders to align HR initiatives with business objectives.

    This position is reporting to the Regional Human Resource Manager.

    【 Responsibilities 】
    - Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top regional IT talent.
    - Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and create accurate job descriptions.
    - Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and offer negotiation.
    - Regularly enhance recruitment tools, processes, and workflows for efficiency and better candidate experience.
    - Lead intern recruitment and onboarding, and coordinate the scholar selection process.
    - Use recruitment data and analytics to improve hiring quality and time-to-fill.
    - Oversee onboarding programs and deliver consistent employee orientation sessions.
    - Plan and organize HR engagement events to promote a positive work culture.
    - Conduct exit interviews and analyze data to strengthen retention strategies.
    - Support performance management, including goal setting, reviews, and calibration.
    - Coach managers on handling performance discussions and employee development.
    - Manage operational HR tasks throughout the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding.
    - Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies through accurate documentation.
    - Act as the go-to person for daily HR queries, offering direct support to staff and leaders.
    - Contribute to regional HR initiatives, ensuring alignment while adapting to local legal and cultural differences.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【 Requirement & Preferences 】
    (Must)
    - Diplpma in Human Resources, Business Administration or relevant equivalent
    - At least 12 years of relevant experience in HR
    - Minimum 5 years in a business partner role with demonstrated emphasis on utilizing data analytics for strategic decision-making.
    - Possess working experience in related IT/Technology industry, familiar with the demographics and pace of this sector recently.
    - Experienced in handling HR functions/covering compensation & benefits/ employee relations/engagement/performance management/talent management/executive/tech training/internship/scholarship management.
    - Understanding of relevant labour policies, employment laws, and legislation.
    - Proficiency in MS Office suite applications, including MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and HR/TM systems.
    - Able to start work in short notice.

    - Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or relevant equivalent
    - Possess working experience in an MNC company
    - Possess working experience in the electronics manufacturing industry.
