    Our client is a Japanese start-up specializing in organizational transformation and HR consulting. They are seeking a Sales Executive - Japanese Speaking to join their team!

    【 Responsibilities 】
    - Assess organizational issues and diagnose the current state of client organizations.
    - Provide consulting services to facilitate organizational transformation.
    - Conduct surveys to identify the organizational challenges of client companies.
    - Propose improvement strategies based on an analysis of strengths and weaknesses.
    - Support the implementation of organizational improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【Requirements & Preferences】
    (Must)
    - Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in any field
    - At least 2 years of experience in selling services, consulting solutions, or other B2B services
    - Proficiency in Japanese (minimum JLPT N2) in speaking, listening, and writing is essential for effective communication Japanese counterparts

    (Advantageous)
    - Experience in HR consulting or related fields
    - Business-to-Business (B2B) sales experience
