  • Job Description

    Our Client will launch a new business and establish a new Factory in Singapore. Now they are looking for an HR Manager as a Start-up member.

    You will be responsible for All HR functions and supporting the start-up phase of Business from HR.
    Report to the CEO directly.

    【 What you will be doing 】
    - Manage all HR aspects: policies, recruitment, performance evaluation, payroll, compensation, staff development, succession planning, and benefits
    - Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals
    - Establish, review, and update HR and payroll systems
    - Set HR policies for recruitment, retention, and succession planning
    - Support talent management and HR policy development
    - Promote corporate philosophy and purpose
    - Identify gaps in HR processes and propose improvements
    - Plan and execute HR strategies aligned with business plans
    - Develop and manage performance appraisal processes
    - Ensure effective communication channels and promote corporate culture
    - Implement working time management systems
    - Maintain compliance with legislation and regulations
    - Source and liaise with service providers for employee benefits
    - Manage statutory reporting and filing requirements
    - Prepare and manage payroll budgets and HR projects
    - Monitor market trends and update management with best practices
    - Implement training programs
    - Provide support for expatriate and foreign workers
    - Manage documentation and confidential files
    - Procure office equipment and supplies
    - Facilitate communication with headquarters and subsidiaries.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【 What they are looking for 】
    <Must>
    - At least a Degree in any field. (Preferably HR related field)
    - At least 10 years of HR experience with a minimum of 5 years in a managerial role.
    - Experience in Manufacturing/Construction such as 24-hour business model.
    - Industry preference (Semiconductor, Pharmastical, Chemical, Biotechnology)
    - Strong in Hiring and Recruitment including worker level from Overseas
    - Strong experience in HR operation and HR Planning (Strategy development and implementation of HR policy).
    * Willing to do hands-on work as a start-up and possess a Management perspective such as managing personnel expenses.
    - Possess a passion for Manufacturing/Technology/Start-up and willing to join the start-up phase.
    * Looking for staff who can grow up with the company!

    <Preferble>
    - Experience in General Affairs and Admin is a plus.
    - Experience and knowledge in handling the documents related to the launch of a manufacturing business with the Government.
