  • Job Description

    Our client is a leading manufacturing company specialising in material handling equipment, products and services and they are currently looking for a Training and Safety Executive to join their team.

    You will be reporting to the Training Manager.

    【What you will be working on】
    Training Related:
    - Conduct crane safety & operation training (External)
    - Conduct new-hires orientation training (Internal)
    - Organise training to uphold the competency level of both technical / non-technical staff (Internal)
    - Fine-tune existing training materials and assist the Manager in maintaining the training syllabus
    - Administrative duties related to training

    Safety & Quality:
    - Coordinate quality issues on Quality Control and ISO
    - Support departments with safety-related documentation e.g. Risk Assessment, Method of Statement, Lifting Plan, BizSAFE etc
    - Conduct safety inspections in-house & on-site
    - Coordinate site safety matters as and when needed
    - Any other duties and tasks assigned by the Management as and when required.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【 What they are looking for 】
    (Must)
    - Diploma holder in Engineering such as Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
    - Candidate must possess a passion for training and adult education, especially in the engineering industry.
    - Candidate with ACTA certification.
    - 2 years of experience in training and safety role or similar role
    - Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    - Outgoing personality, willing to interact with trainees from different backgrounds and experiences.
    - Possess Safety Qualifications (E.g. BCSS / Rigger & Signalman course / SSLO / WSH Level B).
