Job Description
Our Client is a Japanese manufacturing company. The role of Service Engineer will be responsible for meeting service work with low to medium complexity according to work instructions in Singapore and ASEAN.
Reporting to the Service Team Leader
【 What you will be doing 】
- Basic troubleshooting, installation, maintenance and repair on designated equipment and product
- Prepare analysis report and provide after-sales product training and service support
- Ordering and handling repair parts cycle times
- Maintaining tools and test equipment and ensuring they are properly calibrated
- Creating and maintaining strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing specialised assistance
- Identifying opportunities to develop new applications
- Other duties as assigned by superior
Qualifications
Requirement
【 What they are looking for 】
(Must)
- NITEC, Diploma or Degree in Electronic, Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering.
- 2 years of service experience in a cleanroom environment or semiconductor industry
- Experience in diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electromechanical, and/or electronic equipment
- Able to do after-office-hour support
- Self-motivated, mature, hard-working and able to work under pressure
- Able to perform duties after office hours and 24/7 weekly standby duty
(Preferred)
- Ability to join in 1 month or ASAP will be preferred
- Car license and owning a vehicle is advantageous (Car allowance will be provided)English Level
