    Our Client is a Japanese Real Estate Investment firm This role of a Manager (Real Estate Investment Project) is responsible for Research and Project management

    You will be reporting to the Managing Director

    【 What you will be doing 】
    - Project management (Real Estate Investment Project)
    - Build and maintain relationships with related parties
    - Proposal creation
    - Survey of Asian and Oceanian countries and preparation of reports, etc.
    - Corporate analysis, financial analysis
    - Case study research for surrounding projects
    - Documentation duties including documentation check, Translation of contract, and Legal check
    - Investment analysis
    - Preparation of reports
    - Financing (mainly cooperation with the head office finance department)
    - Supervision of development projects
    - Check financial results and reports
    - Correspondence of new business/cooperation
    - Managing return on investment including sale
    - Support to an overseas branch
    - Other ad hoc duties as assigned by MD

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【 What they are looking for 】
    (Must)
    - Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable university
    - Min 3 years of working experience in the Real estate industry
    - Proficient in the Japanese language (JLPT N3 and above) is essential as this position requires liaising with Japanese Counterparts often
    - Able to Business trips

    (Preferable)
    - Able to read the balance sheet of financial accounting reports is an advantage
    - Working experience in the financial industry is an advantage
