  • Job Description

    Our Client is a Korean Listed Biomedical Company. In this role, an HR Executive is to be responsible for human resources duties at an organization. They help human resources managers with recruitment, payroll employee processing, and employee record maintenance.

    【 What you will be doing 】
    - Monthly Payroll & Leave management
    - Managing company policies & internal regulation
    - Dealing with visa issuance &termination
    - Employee income Tax file, Monthly CPF submission, handling employee compensation & benefit
    - Maintain accurate monthly staff man-hour records and claim
    - Employment contract creation & termination
    - Assigning and discussing with employees performance appraisals; addressing employee performance and corrective action plans;
    - Liaising with Singapore regulatory authorities, assigned secretary agency and tax agency
    - Update local legislation, review HR policy & procedures to propose HR policies to ensure the policies & procedures comply with the corporate policies and local legislation.
    - Conduct interviewing, selection and hiring; training new and existing employees;
    - Report Daily finance report to HQ
    - Manage APED payable
    - Managing Purchasing process (Issuing POs to purchase Office supplies, Lab consumables, equipment, PMs, verifying vendor’s quotations, and delivery date to meet project requirements)
    - Provide support to the Sales, Lab and finance in the day-to-day running of the office operations.
    - Handle matters pertaining to works for the office space, facilities, and equipment.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【 What they are looking for 】

    <Must>
    - Bachelor’s degree in HR & Business Management
    - Minimum 2-3 years of experience in HR/ Administration, with great exposure to commercial Operation
    - Fluent in Korean listening/speaking/writing (min TOPIK 6, business level) is essential to liaise with Korean Counterparts


    <Preferable>
    - Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize workload and deadlines
    - Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
    - Ability to adhere to strict deadlines and prioritize tasks and initiatives.
    - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
    - Demonstrated strengths in accuracy and attention to detail.
