  • Job Description

    Our client is an IT company that provides various services based on their client's needs such as helpdesk or office support. They are looking for temp/contract HR & Admin staff for 4 months to support their backend tasks.

    【 What you will be doing 】
    • Administration and Human Resource Management role in the Company
    • Staff management, involved in Management meetings and Decision making
    • Source for Contractors, Vendors, Suppliers (Administrative)
    • Prepare Company payroll, CPF, IRAS, Foreign Worker Levy, etc.
    • Recruitment & Selection – Recruitment Ad, Conduct Interviews, candidate screening, new employment contract etc.
    • Foreign employee MOM pass application, document verification etc.
    • Training and Development Company FY Budget Review/Planning
    • Credit Controller
    • In charge of IT and infrastructure maintenance (Administrative)
    • Ad-hoc duties delegated by the Managing Director

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【 What they are looking for 】
    <MUST>
    • Diploma in HRM or Business Administration or any equivalent
    • At least 3 years of related experience in a similar capacity
    • Knowledge of local labour legislations, Employment and Act
    • Possess a strong commitment to confidentiality and discretion
    • Possess a pro-active work attitude with good interpersonal & communication skills with all levels of staff
    • Able to work as a team player and independently
    • Able to commence with short notice/immediately

    <PREFERRED>
    • Accounting experience is an added advantage
