• Job Description

  Our client is a Japanese Chemical Manufacturer. They are looking for an HR Executive (Japanese Speaking).
  You will be reporting to the Expat Director/HR Manager on HR and other administrative matters.
  
  【What you will be working on】
  - Engage external consulting and recruiting agencies as needed for HR-related functions.
  - Perform daily HR duties, such as employee recruitment, work pass application, payroll, compensation, employee benefits etc., following rules and regulations promptly and accurately.
  - Manage and allocate employee schedules for qualification renewal, training, health checkups, etc.
  - Support the work of Japanese expats (Arranging business trips, assigning requests from the Japanese HQ to the appropriate person, etc.).
