  • Job Description

    Our client is a Japanese Chemical Manufacturer. They are looking for an HR Section Manager (Japanese Speaking).
    You will be reporting to the Expat Director/HR Manager on HR and other administrative matters.

    【What you will be working on】
    - Oversee all aspects of HR, including employee recruitment, work pass application, payroll, compensation, and employee benefits.
    - Manage the HR system to ensure it is aligned with business plans and operating properly.
    - Manage and allocate employee schedules for qualification renewal, training, health checkups, etc.
    - Perform daily HR duties following rules and regulations promptly and accurately.
    - Engage external consulting and recruiting agencies as needed for HR-related functions.
    - Support the work of Japanese expats (Arranging business trips, assigning requests from the Japanese HQ to the appropriate person, etc.).

Qualifications

    【What they are looking for】

    <Must>
    - Diploma/Degree in business, management or human resource discipline
    - Proficiency in the Japanese language (JLPT N2) in speaking/writing and listening is essential to liaise with Japan HQ.
    - At least 5 years of experience in human resource management in a Managerial role.
    - Strong experience in Manufacturing environment HR experience. (Plant/Factory)
    - Strong in payroll, Work pass application, compensation and benefits.
    - Knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations
