・弁護士資格を保有されている方(日本に限らず、アメリカ・アジア等も対象となります)
・10年以上、弁護士としての実務経験をお持ちの方
・ご自身のネットワークから案件を作れる方
・ビジネスレベルの英語力English Level

Our client, a Singapore-based law firm founded by a Japanese lawyer, is seeking a Lawyer (Singapore Law) to join their growing team. The firm serves Japanese and international clients, with a primary focus on M&A and corporate law, and occasionally handles cross-border matters. This position will report to the Managing Director.【Responsibilities】- Provide legal advice on Japanese law and/or Singapore law to Japanese and international clients across a range of practice areas.- Handle corporate and commercial matters, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, restructurings, and general corporate advisory work.- Support and lead transactions involving cross-border elements, particularly between Japan and Singapore.- Serve clients based in Japan and Singapore, responding to their legal needs in a timely and practical manner.- Collaborate closely with senior lawyers on complex cross-border matters, including due diligence, contract drafting, negotiations, and regulatory analysis.- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of legal documents in both Japanese and English.- Assist in client relationship management and business development activities.- Stay updated on developments in Japanese law and relevant international legal trends.

Job Description
Our client is a boutique law firm specializing in Japanese and Singapore counsel. They are seeking a certified Lawyer to support the firm’s legal operations and corporate advisory work. This role is open to candidates from junior to senior level.This role reports directly to the Director. 【 Responsibilities 】- Manage the planning, structuring, coordination, and execution of transactions/deals such as mergers and acquisitions, fundraising through equity and/or debt, joint ventures, and other investments in public and private companies.- Provide legal advice on commercial and corporate (including governance) matters, and contribute to risk and commercial issue analysis.- Research and advice on relevant laws and regulatory requirements.- Draft, review and negotiate all relevant documents for the execution of deals and transactions.- Conduct due diligence where necessary.- Handle corporate secretarial matters and attend to client corporate secretarial requirements.- Assist with the incorporation of companies for local and/or overseas clients.- Assist with the preparation, review, and consolidation of board documents and facilitate the preparation of board meetings.- Manage external lawyers and other professionals.- Any other corporate duties as assigned.
