    Our client is an MNC Japanese logistic company and a distributor of industrial forklifts. They are currently looking for Territory Sales Engineer to join their team! Your main responsibility is to plan, manage, control, and support specific dealers to achieve established targets.

    【Responsibilities】
    1) Dealer BP Goal Achievement & Improvement of Market Coverage
    - Complete setting up dealer's yearly business plan with the supervisor.
    - Provide weekly (or when applicable) report on dealer activities and market conditions.
    - Manage the monthly order and sales to achievethe monthly BP.
    - Track the allocated dealer business plan completion (monthly orders, dealer co-op, dealer sales action plan/activities, stock reports);
    - Perform sales support (product information, CSM quotation, secure special production spots, customer visit) to the allocated dealer.
    - Improve dealer representation (coverage, promotion, investment) of the brand;
    - Plan & conduct dealer / customer visits to enhance dealer development and/or discuss operational issues.
    - Propose and carry out actions for further development of the market in the region in charge.
    - Optimise machine sales (volume and share of market) and strategies for product support sales growth under supervisor guidance

    2. Market Performance Development
    - Analyse the market trend and customer needs in the region in charge.
    - Analyse competitors’ sales activities, strategies, and propose yearly action.

    3. Strengthening Distribution Resilience
    - Analyse dealers’ business model.
    - Set action plans to improve dealers’ distribution resilience.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【Requirements & Preferences】
    (Must)
    - Minimum Diploma in Engineering/Marketing-related field
    - 2-3 years of sales experience with a high interest in dealer management, and outgoing personalities are welcome! (Remuneration will be commensurate with experience)
    - Fast learner and cultural sensitivity
    - Willing to travel overseas occasionally
    - Fluent in English and Mandarin in listening/writing/speaking is essential to liaise with English and Mandarin-speaking counterparts for negotiation & documentation

    (Advantageous)
    - Experience working in the material handling industry or an industrial equipment manufacturer/distributor
