Currently serving as Admin Manager, she oversees HR, Accounting, and General Affairs — a role that reflects not just her experience, but the trust she has built over the years.

Having joined the RCN Group in 2013, Misato-san has worked across multiple regional offices, including Indonesia and Taiwan, before returning to Singapore in 2016. Each chapter added a new layer to her professional journey — and shaped the leader she is today.

Outside of work, Misato-san has a surprising background — she practiced Judo for three years and holds a Black Belt.
