This role involves managing regional hotel sales within the assigned territory, targeting all relevant and potential markets. You will be responsible for developing a well-defined and focused sales and marketing action plan that aligns with the hotels’ marketing objectives and targets.You will report to the Regional Director of Sales and MD.【Responsibilities】1) Business Development- Develop new corporate accounts and maintain relationships with existing accounts, negotiating to obtain RFPs (Request for Proposals) in collaboration with hotel personnel and utilizing available tools and systems.- Identify and pursue tactical marketing opportunities with airlines, travel agencies, and national tourism organizations (NTOs).- Execute aggressive sales campaigns on targeted accounts across the region through sales calls, telesales, and other communication methods.- Participate in trade shows and seminars, actively soliciting and following up on leads.
