Your main responsibility is to plan, manage, control, and support specific dealers to achieve established targets.【Responsibilities】1) Dealer BP Goal Achievement & Improvement of Market Coverage- Complete setting up dealer's yearly business plan with the supervisor.- Provide weekly (or when applicable) report on dealer activities and market conditions.- Manage the monthly order and sales to achievethe monthly BP.- Track the allocated dealer business plan completion (monthly orders, dealer co-op, dealer sales action plan/activities, stock reports);- Perform sales support (product information, CSM quotation, secure special production spots, customer visit) to the allocated dealer.- Improve dealer representation (coverage, promotion, investment) of the brand;- Plan & conduct dealer / customer visits to enhance dealer development and/or discuss operational issues.- Propose and carry out actions for further development of the market in the region in charge.- Optimise machine sales (volume and share of market) and strategies for product support sales growth under supervisor guidance 2.
