Our client, a Japanese mechanical and electrical engineering company, specializes in constructing indoor wiring and power transmission lines, as well as installing air conditioning, water supply, and sewage systems in buildings and plants. They are currently seeking a Quantity Surveyor with expertise in M&E.Report to: Tender Manager【Responsibilities】- Prepare and submit monthly progress claim for projects assigned which include management of claims, certification of payment, controlling expenses & cashflow, variation orders, and final accounts. - Liaise with Site Personnel, Suppliers, Sub-contractors, Consultants and/or Architects for all project-related matters. - Attend meeting as schedule. - Prepare and update project files and tender/quotation files. - Co-ordinate with sub-contractors/suppliers on timely delivery of materials. - Receive delivery items, and sub-contractor invoices and get engineers and supervisors to verify if necessary. - Perform ther ad hoc duties assigned by the superior.

大手建設会社にてシンガポールで勤務いただける土木設計技術者を募集しています。主な業務は調査・設計・申請・施工時対応です。土木作業の担当者に対して技術的なアドバイスをしていただき現場を見回って進行状況を把握し、設計通りに進んでいるのかをご確認いただきます。【 主な業務内容 】- ODA入札の設計業務（シンガポールにて）- ODA工事の設計業務（海外の場合は長期出張や現地駐在の可能性もあり）- 建設予定地の測量やボーリング調査に参加し、地形・地質などの状態を調査- 建設予定地の自然条件に加えて工事による経済効果などの社会経済的条件についても調査- プロジェクト中現場の作業員への技術的なアドバイス- プロジェクトが設計通りに進んでいるかの確認、プロジェクトマネジメント- その他工事の設計業務
