The candidate will be responsible for checking day-to-day local and incoming documentation and all relevant logistic matters.【 What you will be doing 】- Checking of local and incoming documentation.- BL / AWB / Invoice / Packing List and other relevant documentation.- Update Shipment logs.- Perform BL registration in the Glob+ in-house system.- Verify item declaration form.- Raising PO for warehouse miscellaneous usage such as labels.- Customs compliance and regulations knowledge for Liquor and tobacco will be an advantage. -Ad-hoc assignment on the physical work at a warehouse

Our client is a Japanese entertainment/gaming company. They are currently looking for a Logistics Executive.【 What you will be doing 】- Work hand in hand with the sales team to plan delivery schedules for new product releases and restock requests following internal shipping guidelines- Manage the import procedure for finished goods from the country of origin to the local warehouse - Coordinate with local warehouse to arrange products for pick and pack- Handle the full range of export functions of the company's products to different stakeholders across the network of distributors- Ensure inventory accuracy for both local and overseas warehouses and conduct periodic cycle count and disposal- Liaise with 3rd party logistics providers to obtain shipping quotes and compare costs for raw materials import shipment- Work closely with the Events Team to ship promotional materials timely and accurately- Pick, pack and arrange courier shipments- Drive continuous improvement for internal processes and optimize logistics costs- Manage 3rd party logistics providers and assist with the implementation of logistics processes, monitor their performances and ensure maintenance of their service level commitments and costs- Verify 3rd party logistics providers' billing invoices- Prepare product availability report and send it out to stakeholders fortnightly- Support in internal and external audits

They are seeking a Bulk Carrier Operator (Ship Owner) to join the team! 【 What you will be doing 】- Lead daily operation of the vessels as ship-owners or bareboat charterers- Ensure the safe operation of vessels in cooperation with ship managers following industry regulations as well as in-house procedures- Ensure compliance with charter party requirements, company procedures, and all relevant operational information between vessels, brokers, Charterers, and agents.- Monitor and record all details of voyage performance including off-hire, stoppages and delays- Arrangement of bunkers at the designated port- Conduct loss prevention proactively- Negotiate claims, respond promptly and effectively, and proactively solve problems.- Assist and liaise with the Chartering team concerning vessel information, requirements, questionnaires, certification and scheduling as part of all pre and post-fixture support.- Check load/discharging port planning and discuss with ship managers in compliance with loading/discharging port requirements and monitor hold cleanliness requirements.- Arrange all routine invoicing- Handle disputes with Charterers by having the assistance of the defence club as appropriate- Have a sound knowledge of the charter parties, ship-management contract and other relevant contracts- Take care of charter hire payments and final settlement when time-charter is completed- Go through ship managers’ management and accounting reports- Conduct briefing with 4 officers/engineers- Choose a drydocking place in coordination with ship managers by considering various factors such as estimated deviation expenses, total drydocking expenses, duration, etc.- Optimize utilization of resources- Propose workflow improvements to improve efficiency- Attend meetings, seminars, and conferences to represent the company- Perform additional duties as assigned

In this role, an Inventory Control Associate is responsible for collaborating with various departments to contribute to the optimization of inventory control management through strong governance of processes in monitoring product portfolio. The position needs to have a strong collaboration with the Operations, Finance, and Logistics teams.【 What you will be doing 】- Conduct daily stock checks of products and report findings to Inventory Control Supervisor- Coordinate and follow up with Retail Operations to resolve inventory issues that require physical checking of stocks- Assist the Inventory Planning Executive in validating count results of cycle counts/Customs stock take (during and after the count)- Maintain and update records that will be used as references for checking and validation of items- Assist the Inventory Planning Executive in checking SKUs with source code (EAN/UPC) or price tag issues and report it promptly to Inventory Control superiors- Liaise with Retail Operations in printing new price tags for items with incorrect source codes- Process returns to the warehouse in Glob+- Checks breakages and damaged items at each store and maintain a Liqour Breakage & Damaged Items Monitoring Listing- Any other duties which may be assigned by the immediate superior/Manager from time to time
