  Our client, a Japanese importer of foodstuffs, supplies a wide range of products to retailers and restaurants across Singapore.
  They are currently looking for an Assistant Sales Manager.
  
  【Responsibilities】
  - Promote and sell the organization’s products and services within an assigned geographic area, product range, or list of customer accounts to meet or exceed sales targets.
  - Organize its attendance, pulling together appropriate marketing materials, products and equipment and setting up booth or pitch at shows and atriums.
  - Conclude sales orders to meet revenue targets and build positive relationships that will generate future sales and repeat business.
  - Refer sales leads, customer feedback, and information on competitor activity to appropriate contacts within the organization so that they can respond to changing market conditions and customer demands.
  - Establish annual, monthly, weekly, or daily sales plans and prioritize and schedule own activities so these targets are met.
  - Keep extensive sales records and any communications with customers to help management to check whether the team has met projected sales targets and has a thorough understanding of the relationship with customer.
  - Produce reports about its sales progress that involves collecting data and analyzing the data to identify patterns or trends.
  - Lead a team of junior sales executives, sales associates, and promoters
