This role focuses on developing new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.New Clients : Existing Clients = 70% : 30%Sales Region: SingaporeProducts: Japanese sake, shochu, and other alcoholic beveragesCustomers: Restaurants, hotels, and related businesses【 Responsibilities 】- Oversee the sales of Japanese alcoholic products (including sake, shochu, and others) by targeting restaurants, hotels, and other business opportunities within Singapore.- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the product range and effectively communicate the advantages of the offerings to clients.- Develop and sustain strong relationships with key accounts in the foodservice sector to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.- Identify and explore new business opportunities within the assigned geographic area or market segment.- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering exceptional customer service.- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor movements, and customer preferences to strategically position the company’s products in the market.- Manage inquiries, sales, quotations, and other assigned tasks.- Provide support to the physical store team as needed to ensure seamless operations.- Assist at physical locations by recommending sake to customers, answering questions about the products, and offering pairing suggestions.- Perform other ad-hoc duties as required.
