    Our client is one of the largest trading companies in Japan, they provide materials/components for automobile-related products. They are currently looking for Finance and Accounting Senior Executive staff.

    Reporting to: Manager

    【 What you will be doing 】
    - Assist in preparing financial statements, reports, and forecasts.
    - Assist in drafting budgets, income statements, balance sheets & cash flow.
    - Assist in gathering data and providing necessary support during the preparation of tax returns. Coordinate with tax agents and review tax returns.
    - Supervising month-end closing processes.
    - Managing daily financial and accounting transactions, including cash management, receivables, payables, banking, and foreign exchange.
    - Monitoring cash flow requirements.
    - Performing monthly reconciliations for accounts, including banks and sub-ledgers.

资格

  • 应征条件

    【 What they are looking for 】
    (Must)
    - Bachelor's degree in accounting, financial statements, reports, and forecasts
    - At least 5 years experience in an accounting role
    - Excellent understanding of financial management, especially statutory requirements.
    - Familiar with tax laws, accounting standards, and audits.
    - Advanced level of Microsoft Excel for accounting purposes
    - Notice period should be 1 month or less as this position is urgent

    (Preference)
    - Experience in using SAP is advantageous
