- 書類整理・ファイリング・郵送など
- 税務申告業務に係る庶務全般のサポート業務等
- (意欲があれば)個人所得税の税務計算
弊所顧客担当の顧客のコミュニケーションサポートや請求関係の営業庶務を中心にお願いする予定です。

- メールを中心としたマナーある顧客対応ができる方
- 日常会話レベル以上の英語力(社内外コミュニケーションにて必要なこともあるため)
優遇条件:日商簿記 3 級の資格、会計事務所での勤務経験がある方、営業事務経験のある方英文

Our client, an established global trading firm, is looking for a qualified Assistant manager (Corporate Tax). 【 What you will be doing 】- Responsible for tax compliance for MAP and assisted in the timely preparation and filing of tax-related reports in compliance with local regulations and internal policies, and supporting affiliates within the required timeframe.- Understand the group policy and local practice /regulation to support AP Tax Management.- Responsible for statutory accounting reporting, company audits, and consolidated closing activities within the APBU, within the requirement timeframe.- Support and oversee month-end, quarter-end and year-end accounts closing processes, including the approval of journal entries.- Support both internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations related to accounting and tax matters.- Contribute to process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in accounting and tax-related activities.- Stay updated on relevant accounting standards and tax laws to ensure compliance and recommend best practices.- Offer professional accounting and tax advice to the departments and affiliates across the AP region, and collaborate with relevant parties, ensuring adherence to regulations and optimizing tax management practices. - Supervisory and guidance to the staff and other ad hoc duties.

The incumbent will be the Main/Co-approver for payments and monthly/quarterly closing activities and will be responsible for the review of transactions with accuracy and timely manner. This includes constantly reviewing and improving processes for efficiency without compromising to Company’s key controls.【 What you will be doing 】- Co-approver for payment and any related tasks necessary to enable timely & accurate payment, including constantly reviewing and improving the process.- Main approver for journal entries and any other tasks necessary to ensure accurate and timely monthly & quarterly closing, including constantly reviewing and improving for proper and efficient closing processes.- Main/sub-PIC for J-SOX & to ensure smooth completion of J-SOX reporting and compliance, handling internal & external auditors.- Guide the team as co-approver for payment and main approver for journal entries, including their support to business operations.- To establish effective communications as well as trust with a partnership with Business/Corporate Divisions to support business development, initiatives and activities while ensuring compliance with internal rules/policies.- Manage ad-hoc projects for the department independently.
