  The client is a Korean company providing a wide range of technical support for issues that may arise from the delivery of the vessel to the end of its lifespan, and secures a database of all vessels built by the company, thereby immediately providing customers with the information they need. This role of a Sales Support Officer is responsible for offering their customers spares and services including maintenance and repair and providing technical support.
  
  【 What you will be doing 】
  - Manage inquiries and communicate with HQ
  - Responsible for daily transactional duties and needs for sales
  - Maintain commercial and technical data accuracy
  - Manage & expedite sales and processes by liaising with internal and external stakeholders
  - Review database for periodic reporting needs
  - Nurture business relationships by building rapport with existing / new customers
  - Provide support for the sales team's projects
