Our Client is a Kitchen Equipment Company from Japan. The role of a Kitchen Equipment Technician is to be responsible for providing maintenance and renewal services for commercial kitchen equipment.
You will be reporting to Managing Director.
【 What you will be doing 】
- Install, repair & maintain F&B equipment. (Electrical, Refrigeration, Hot, Cold, Gas Kitchen equipment)
- Perform preventive & corrective maintenance
- Generating service report
- Troubleshooting Kitchen Equipment
- Changing spare parts
- Guide and teach kitchen staff how to operate the equipment if required
【 What they are looking for 】
- At least 2 years of experience working as a Kitchen Equipment Technician.
- Knowledgeable and able to independently install, repair & maintain F&B equipment. (Electrical, Refrigeration, Hot, Cold, Gas Kitchen equipment)
- Have a driver license.
- Fluent in Mandarin is essential in order to liaise with clients and stakeholders
- Willing to do Overtime/Comfortable with a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable with handling non-halal products in the refrigerator room
