    Our Client is a Japanese Recruitment Agency and looking for a Career Consultant (Sales) to join their start-up phase. As a Career consultant, you will support both clients and job seekers and provide consulting to them for successful placement.

    Specifically focusing on Hospitality Industry such as the Hotels and Restaurants Industry.

    You will be reporting to Director.

    【 What you will be doing 】
    - Find clients and cultivate long-term partnerships
    - Recognize client requirements for hiring needs.
    - Scouting candidates
    - Conduct interviews with job seekers.
    - Build relationships with job seekers and offer advice
    - Facilitate and finalize agreements between applicants and employers.

    [Job Expectation]
    - Required to close 3 - 6 or more deals per month
    - Acquired 5- 10 new business accounts per month

资格

  • 应征条件

    【 What they are looking for 】
    - At least 3 years of sales experience in any field including B2B and B2C
    - Have a start-up/venture mindset
    - Willing to do Overtime/Comfortable with a fast-paced environment
    - Willing to grow up with the company
    - Experience in the Recruitment industry is highly preferred.
    - Welcome non-experienced candidates from the Hospitality industry. (Hotel, Restaurant, etc.)
