  Our Client is a Japanese Medical & Health Tech Startup Company. They propose a lifestyle through the “microbiome skincare”, they hope to enhance beauty and wellness. The position of Medical Director and Consultant Dermatologist will be responsible for directing, supervising, and administering Medical Services.
  
  【 What you will be doing 】
  - Oversee and manage the operation of the clinic
  - Ensure timely delivery of patient care duties
  - Diagnose skin problems and determine appropriate treatments for each patient
  - Plan and achieve clinic revenue targets by working with the business team
  - Educate the patients and care-givers on the disease condition and treatment progress
  - Design and implement clinical tests related to skin microbiome and chronic diseases working with the internal/external researchers
  - Develop new skincare products by working with the internal/external product development team
  - Ensure up-to-date clinical knowledge
  - Train and guide junior staff
  - Other ad-hoc duties
