    Our Client provides high-precision structural parts for smart mobile communications and consumer electronics companies. They are currently listed in Hong Kong Stock Market.

    As a Senior Engineer, you will be taking care of various manufacturing aspects, such as Tooling, secondary, or Molding Processes and/or Automation. You are responsible to drive and derive results from Tool & DFM Engineers from the above principles.

    【 What you will be doing 】
    - Perform DFM Preparation / DFM Approvals / Tool material selection, snap fits, and structural ribbing.
    - Drawing reviews - Proposals and approvals for essential form and fit dimensions through GD&T on detail drawings.
    - Proactively mitigating risks on Mass Production factors from the initial design phase
    - Maintain design issue records & implementation of actions
    - Lead New Program Kick-off meetings with the customer's technical team.

资格

  • 应征条件

    【 What they are looking for 】
    - Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or relevant
    - Minimum of 4 years of experience in Injection Tool design.
    - Proven and advanced experience with precision injection molded plastic parts
    - Advanced ability to calculate 2D and 3D tolerances and communicate essential form and fit dimensions through GD&T on detailed drawings.
    - Advanced 3D surfacing and modelling skills with NX 3d Modeling software
    - Strong knowledge in Plastic material / Tool steel / Hot runners selection.
    - Experience in plastic mold flow analysis with analytical skills.
    - Familiar with Fixture concepts for post-molding secondary processes and sub-assemblies.
    - Willing to Station and work in an overseas factory as and when necessary.
    - Travelling to Overseas customer meetings will require during new project kick-off meetings (such China, Singapore, and US)

    【Advantageous】
    - Knowledge of MIM / NMT / Ceramic / LSR Injection is advantageous
    - Literacy in compression molding and rubber materials is preferable
    - Preferably experience from a global organization working across cultures and countries
