  Our client is a Japanese Listed Finance Company. They are looking for an Analyst Associate/Senior Associate. You will be reporting to Senior Vice President.
  
  【 What you will be doing 】
  - Liaison with clients, banks, and financial institutions.
  - Management of repayment schedules/procedures
  - Maintain existing contracts and ensure rates and payment due dates are up to date.
  - Handle administrative tasks about business (Issue invoices, contract updates, etc.)
  - Support covenants management.
  - Handle settlement matters.
  - Manage documents (contracts, certificates, etc.)
  - Assist to secure approvals (internal and external).
  - Prepare reports, references, and other related documents.
  - Conduct due diligence.
  - Other ad-hoc jobs/tasks may be assigned by the superior.
